We don't spread our people thin and we don't take on more customers than we can handle. That's not a recruiting line. That's how we keep our callbacks low and our technicians from burning out.

We track everything — response times, first-time fix rates, callbacks, customer satisfaction. The good technicians don't get punished for someone else's numbers. If you do the work right, the data shows it.

If you want to grow, we'll put you on the path. We've promoted from within more times than we can count because the people who do this work well deserve to move up.

When you're on vacation, your work phone stays off. We mean that. Vacation is real here. We expect you to make time for your family, take care of yourself, and come back ready to work. A technician who never disconnects doesn't stay sharp for long.

The back office exists to support technicians, not to bury you in paperwork. Safety is tracked, measured, and acted on — not just talked about at a quarterly meeting.

Pay is competitive and there's no bait-and-switch between the interview and the first paycheck. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
