Advanced Commercial Group runs the largest concentration of commercial refrigeration technicians in Atlanta and North Georgia — which means when you're on a job and you need a hand, there's someone nearby who can get there. We don't spread our people thin and we don't take on more customers than we can handle. That's not a recruiting line. That's how we keep our callbacks low and our technicians from burning out.
If you want to grow, we'll put you on the path. We've promoted from within more times than we can count because the people who do this work well deserve to move up. We send technicians and managers to industry conferences and manufacturer trainings, support certifications and continuing ed, and put select leaders through the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course. Getting better at what you do is good for you — and we back that up.
When you're on vacation, your work phone stays off. We mean that. Vacation is real here. We expect you to make time for your family, take care of yourself, and come back ready to work. A technician who never disconnects doesn't stay sharp for long.
The back office exists to support technicians, not to bury you in paperwork. Safety is tracked, measured, and acted on — not just talked about at a quarterly meeting.
Pay is competitive and there's no bait-and-switch between the interview and the first paycheck. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
